Shab Nemati is a Bay Area native who has lived in the Peninsula for over 20 years. She began her real estate career in 2011. She and was raised in the Bay Area and Shab is committed to serving the people and communities she knows and loves, especially the areas bordering highway 280, the most beautiful commute path in Silicon Valley including San Carlos, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and the surrounding areas. Shab lives in Los Altos where she and her husband, a hardware engineer working in Cupertino, are raising their two daughters who currently attend Loyola Elementary School in Los Altos and Harker School in San Jose. Her daughters previously attended, Woodside Parents Nursery School, St. Mathias Nursery School, Bing (Stanford), North Star Academy and Woodland School in Portola Valley. Shab has had extensive leadership roles in education making her the perfect resource for finding the best area schools.
Shab earned her BA in Anthropology at UC Berkeley. She also earned an Entrepreneurship Certificate with an emphasis on Marketing and Negotiations from the Stanford Graduate School of Busines. Shab is an active member of the community with organizations such as Loyola Elementary School Board, Green Foothills Community Advocate Leadership, North Star Academy Board, Parks and Recreation Commissioner and the Assistance League of Los Altos.
